Laila Worrell is the CEO for Altran North America. She previously served as Partner and Managing Director, Principal Investing and Private Equity, at the Boston Consulting Group. Prior to BCG, Laila held multiple leadership roles at Accenture and Macmillan. Laila holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Daniel Dargham

Daniel Dargham brings 25 years of international experience in a diversified range of software engineering, marketing, sales and general management experience to Lohika and Altran North America, from both established and high-growth companies at the cutting edge of software development. Prior to Altran, Daniel held several engineering and management roles at KLA-Tencor and IBM.

Rick Padinha

Rick Padinha is our Chief Operating Officer, having joined us after a long career with IBM. He was an engineer with the IBM Federal Systems Division, moved to Loral and then Lockheed Martin as a SVP and was most recently General Manager, Global Operations and Delivery Excellence for IBM’s Global Business Services.

Glenn Hoogerwerf is the President, Enterprise Software and Consumer Business at Altran North America. Glenn brings 25 years of experience, most recently with HCL Technologies, where he launched the Product Testing Services business and was client partner for Microsoft. Previously, Glenn held leadership roles with Amazon, SureFind Corporation, Tandem Computers, Halliburton and GTE Telecom, and founded Vesta Labs and VMC Consulting.

Dietmar Wendt is the President, Communications and Technology Systems Business at Altran North America. Dietmar has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and services, and was most recently the Executive Vice-President Sales & Marketing at ASG Software. He has also held various leadership roles at T-Systems, Nortel and IBM.

Scott Houghton is the President, Semiconductor and Industrial Business at Altran North America. Scott brings 25+ years of experience in the semiconductor and technology industries and joins Altran North America from Advanced Micro Devices, where he was Corporate Vice President, Semi-Custom Services. Previously in his career he was co-founder of Open-Silicon and Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Professional Services Group at Synopsys.

Eric Johnson is the Chief Financial Officer at Altran North America . Eric was recently the Vice President Finance for IBM’s Growth Markets, where he established the finance and business operations in APAC, Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Camie Shelmire is Altran North America’s Chief Client Officer and Chief People Officer responsible for driving our client-centric strategy and also leads the Global Human Resources team. Camie was most recently Senior Vice President of Financial Systems at Nationstar Mortgage Holdings. She spent more than twelve years with KPMG LLP and BearingPoint, delivering consulting, technology, process implementation and financial controls work for leading global clients.

Walid Negm is responsible for technology strategy and innovation at Altran North America . Walid brings 25 years of experience, and was most recently with Accenture as Global Lead for Industrial Internet of Things R&D. Walid was a co-founder and responsible for product development at cyber security and mobile infrastructure startups.

Mohan has been with Altran North America for 20+ years when the company was named Hughes Software Systems. Previously, Mohan was a scientist with Defense Research & Development Organization.

Chandra Reddy is Altran’s Chief Engineering Officer for India, Vietnam and China centers, responsible for Communications clients. Chandra has 20+ years product engineering experience, with 17+ years at Wipro.

Andrew Zimmerman

President, frog

Andy Zimmerman is President of frog, overseeing frog's global strategy, business development and operations. Andy joins us from Sutherland Digital where he served as President. Prior to Sutherland Digital, he was the global lead for the communications industry for both PwC and Accenture. In addition, he was managing director at idealab!, one of the first and most successful incubators.

Bipul Mainali

General Counsel

Bipul Mainali is the General Counsel for Altran North America. Prior to his role at Altran, he worked in private practice at premier law firms in New York (USA) and New Delhi (India). Bipul is a graduate from Harvard Law School, USA and National Law School of India. He is qualified to practice law in New York, USA as well as in India.

90% of Altran North America’s engineering leadership has been with the company for 10 years or more.
