Altran Names Brian Bronson Head of Platforms and Solutions Business

NEW YORK, August 8, 2019Altran, the global leader in engineering and R&D services, announced today that Brian Bronson, a veteran technology executive, has joined the company as President of its global Platforms and Solutions business. He will report to Laila Worrell, CEO of Altran North America, and Pascal Brier, Executive Vice President of Strategy, Technology and Innovation for the Altran Group.

Altran’s Platforms and Solutions business provides many of the world’s largest companies with software and engineering services to spur innovation, enhance efficiencies and accelerate time to market for a wide range of products across many different industries. The business’s software frameworks and digital solutions power applications grounded in emerging technologies such as 5G, cloud and edge computing, the Internet of Things (IoT) and network intelligence.

Bronson, who will be based in the firm’s Santa Clara office, has more than 25 years of experience in business development, sales, operations and finance. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Radisys Corporation, a global leader in open telecom solutions. He previously held leadership roles at Tektronix and Deloitte & Touche.
